Do you mean for an open fronted shed, like a one sided slatted shed? where the overhang is at the high point of the roof? Or at the low end of an "A" roof shed?
Just don't lower the roof so that you catch it with a loader etc.

An 8' canopy will cost between 3-400 per bay fitted yourself . ive priced a good few lads for sheds and thats what they ranged on the canopy side of things. guttering and flashings are allowed in that and take up a fair percentage of the cost.

I suppose if you put a metre on the roof, you could dispense with space boarding or gale-Breaker altogether? What's inside along the wall, slatted pens or a run of cubicles?

Its open all along that A side.. 4 bays..Straw bedding..too much water getting in at the minute, plus be able to feed outside..
