It was taken from a memorial to a suicide victim.

Even if it was just a church one it's still reprehensible and immature to burn something so dear to a large amount of people.

She is a revered figure of Catholicism and thus a respectful title is appropriate.

Similarly, I would refer to Prophets of other religions appropriately and respectfully.

Dumbledore's full name / title is Professor Albus Percival Wulfric Brian Dumbledore, Order of Merlin (first class), Headmaster of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, Supreme Mugwump of the International Confederation of Wizards, and Chief Warlock of the Wizengamot.
