2 superstar sprinters in the one stable. Sole Power is next to unbeatable on turf over 5 furlongs with fast ground.. He looks about as good as anything on his day. And Slade power hasn't really been tested at all in a while and is winning 6 furlong groups 1s with as much ease as possible..

These are the best domestically but the domestic sprinters have been below par for years. These would be hammered by the Asian sprinters. None of these are a Dayjur, Oasis Dream, Mozart

Ps it is nice to see you back

They were all very well bred, a few years ago it was common for unsuccessful 2,000 Guineas runners out of the Danzig and Nureyev line to come back to sprinting and they were in a different class to the run of the mill sprint handicapper bred types.

It's encouraging to see O'Brien starting to take an interest in the top sprinting races again.

The War Fronts, Fastnet Rocks and even Rip Van Winkles promise to deliver something special on the sprint front for Ballydoyle.

Yep Sole power beats him in Ascot and Shea Shea wins in mayden..

What sole power did this year in the Kings Stand was as good as I've seen in a long time. To travel like that in the quickest 5 furlong sprint of the year and then unleash that burst was amazing..

Fully agree. When he has been beaten it has usually been the draw in my opinion. This year's performance s have been truly stunning.

Shea Shea hasn't had good to firm ground at ascot, and if u watch last year kings stand u will see jockey stops riding him thinking he had it and did see SP coming in the inside.theres no European horse that will beat SS at 5F good/firm ground

Disagree. Sole power is just a better horse in my opinion.
