    Good evening fine folks of AH.

    As you may know, I'm as hard as nails and I have balls of steel, but I need to ensure my iron count is tip top for giving blood in the morning.

    Has any of you lovely people any suggestions for me?

    An Iron tablet might help but it makes your poo poo black and really smelly. Can you live with the black smelly poo poo?
