Good evening fine folks of AH.

As you may know, I'm as hard as nails and I have balls of steel, but I need to ensure my iron count is tip top for giving blood in the morning.

Has any of you lovely people any suggestions for me?

I like fragrant water for my iron. Leaves the clothes smelling lovely.

Hearing the lamentations of their women is good for any occasion, low in iron or too much.

An Iron tablet might help but it makes your poo poo black and really smelly. Can you live with the black smelly poo poo?

Nettle pesto? they are already enough of a pest, a menace

    OP, lick some iron bars.
Or gold bars, chocolate bars, or even bars of soap - its the principle of the thing. An after-hours bar might be a good choice, *snicker*

With all that Hemochromatosis banked up in Ireland, I think the least of your worries would be:
But to be on the safe side go early in case you rust!
