    I know there's a policy on not discussing (i.e., speculating) on deaths, but there was an inquest held recently into one death (the young lady in Blackrock, which was the subject of a thread here), and indeed mention of the settling of a case involving another fatality, on Dublin's quays.

    I think it would be useful to have a thread that discusses the causes of deaths once they are known and the inquiry has taken place?

    MOD VOICE: It could well be, please start one but just to ask that this case is not discussed as it is not only ongoing but obviously quite raw for family and friends and speculation as to causes or reasons will not be tolerated.
