New Canyon Endurance. Any thoughts?

Hi all, I little help would be appreciated...

I am currently in the market for a new road bike. Looking to upgrade to a carbon model from my entry level Boardman.

I would do a fair amount of km's (100 - 150k per week) and a few sportifs during the year. Never raced and I'm unlikely to.

With this in mind, the new Canyon Endurance caught my eye (I can't add link for some reason?)

Anyone got any thoughts? It it a compromise or a sensible choice for the type of cycling I do??

    Thanks in advance!

Just realised I put this in the wrong forum. Could the Mod please move to general cycling forum?

    Thanks.

I reckon for the price/spec/comfort you can't go wrong

God dam canyon for producing a frame specifically for me.
Being looking at it since it came on the market.
    Seriously tempted also...

    To the op,
The rose cgf may also be of interest,
You can spec almost everything on it,

I think if it was me I'd be going for the 105 spec. 11 speed a decent weight

Does seem a lot cheaper for the drop in spec. Is there much noticeable difference between 105 / Ultegra / Dura-ace ? I already own a set of Mavic Ksyrium elite and 105's on my current bike. Would I be better off just buying the frame?

The 105 might have a slight weight penalty compared to the Ultegra/DurAce an the shifting might not be as smooth but I dont think the difference is worth the money at my level

I'm looking at going from a Trek Madone Carbon to the canyon Endurance, how do you like the bike? Are you happy with the fit? Is it comfortable on 100K trips ?

hi,bike is a looker, very light and stiff with very good components, even the saddle is an expensive one,its a bit of a harsher ride than the madone, the madone feels soft next to the endurace. as for the fit,i think I should have gone for a large instead of an xl,im only 6mm from min insertion,if I had ordered the large I would have more seatpost showing and the bars are a wee bit of a stretch, the canyon widget put me in the xl size but the guys in canyon uk said I might be better off going for a large(of course I knew better)I was between sizes,i think I will have to get a bike fit on this one and take it from there,Im all legs, H 185cm inseam 93cm,if your in the cork area you could have a look at it sometime

I've had mine now since October and am delighted with it. I can't fault it tbh. I'm sure whatever bike you could think of someone will have some complaint but for any sportive rider I'd argue this canyon is hard to top.
