    What would you usually expect for a €30 service of a road bike?

    Gear and break cables lubed, drive train tuned, chain and drive train cleaned and re-lubed. Maybe pedals and BB tightened if it's an issue, general pivot points regressed if you catch them on a good day, maybe even anti-seize paste on stem/seat post if you're lucky etc.

    for €30 you're not going to get your cables replaced.
