Just a quick question, MODS please let me know if in breach of charter

I have a Felt road bike with a carbon fork only 2 years old for sale with the clip in pedals, Used less than 10 times.

Can anyone advise me as to how much this is worth? It cost just over €1,000 so I was thinking €750 would be a fair price for it?

Is private sale the only way to go or do bike shops accept trade ins?

You will need to post more about the bike, model, groupset, wheels etc. But i wouldn't be hopeful for you achieveing €750. Think closer to 50% and you might be on the right track, resale value for bikes isn't great unfortunately

a lot of people have access to the b2w, so they can get 50% off that bike brand new. so you're either aiming at the crew that cant get the b2w, or you have to be lower than the 50% off unfortunately

Sounds very strange that you have a bike for sale and know nothing at all about it..

Should highlight the amount if interest I've had in it. I know it's got carbon forks. The clip in pedals the trip distance computer that's about it

It should be written on the frame somewhere, if it's a felt it prob a 'f' something or 'z' something like f5 or z85. As for the gears it will be written on them too, first the manufacturer so Shimano,Sram or Campag and then the model of gear so something like sora, Apex etc.

All these factors will decide how much it's worth. All else fails post a pic and someone will recognise the model

Pictures will work, take pic of the frame, the forks, where the pedals are, where the chain goes around at the back and a pic of the writing on the wheels.
Should be able to figure it out then! :D
You'd hardly have a receipt which might have the details?

Sorry to disappoint you but you haven't a hope of getting €750.

Think of it this way: Would you pay €750 for something that is 2 years old when you know nothing about its history when a new one costs €1000.
