    Hello all,

My wife and I are purchasing our first home in North County Dublin. It's an 18 year old semi-d in great condition except that the kitchen floor could be used as a skate park, it's so uneven.
The surveyor recommended a microbore test at the diningroom outer wall and also where the concrete floor bulges in the middle of the kitchen.
What I'm wondering is, worst case scenario, what type of work would need to be done on the floor if the hardfill needed attention and also, can anyone recommend an honest, reliable builder to assess and/or complete said work? Finally, what sort of money would you be talking?

We would greatly appreciate any and all info on the matter.

Thanks a mill lads and ladies!

PS: If ye do have names of good builders, PM them over - Thanks
