Hair Straighteners

Hey everyone, just looking for a recommendation on a cheap hair straighteners. Looking to keep the cost to around €30 or even less if possible. I have quite fine hair and it's short. I wouldn't be using it every day, it's just to take the kink out of my otherwise fairly straight hair.

I've used GHDs before but I just can't afford one. I've looked on the Argos website at some straighteners on offer, and the Remington ones have good reviews, but I had a Remington years ago and found it useless. I'm sure they've improved since but I'm still sceptical :p

    Any ideas? :)

Are you in Dublin? Years back, I got a fairly decent straightener in Terry Sales, the hairdressing supply shop on Middle Abbey Street. It was under €50 but they had a decent range at the time.

I have long and thick hair and I got this and find it brilliant, I definitely notice a shine in my hair after using it. like you I don't use it every day. It's half price in Argos now, I think I paid €35 for it a couple of months ago.

I have a babyliss one from Argos and it is just as good as a GHD. They are not very expensive might even be on sale.
