Hi, just asking has anyone experienced a problem with having a box of tea bags in their checked baggage, herself is adamant that she has to take her own brand with her as last time she couldn't drink the tea available. Any replies gratefully received, thanks

Absolutely no problems in doing it. You would be very surprised by the amount of people who do this. It's only liquids which would cause a problem. Let her enjoy her cuppa when she gets there. I know people who even take their favorite mug with the as well.

    Are they made of drugs?

If not then of course there will be no problem.

I used to regularly have tea bags in my carry on luggage (sausages too), you'll be grand

I regularly take boxes of them in hand luggage, along with brown bread, purple snacks and King crisps, to Birmingham. There won't be an issue.

No issue with that. I even took washing powder in a zip lock bag when travelling and just was sure to put it in an outside pocket. It got checked alright, but was still there after arrival.
    Don't worry, tea-bags are quite obviously tea-bags.
