Friesian bullocks vary in price, those that can be killed before winter and those that have to be carried over winter. It is unenomical to feed friesian bullocks to finish out of a shed.

Not sure of the prices but bought some a months ago 370kgs for 520 euro. Fairly square cattle. Friesian bulls are a tough trade at present and can be bought at fairy reasonable prices. I imagine that for 420kgs bullocks 600 would be a top price. Those that are over 500kgs can be finished by Nov/Dec with a bit of ration.

What age are they, really tough trade for them at present. May just have to take a beating, if over 24 months will be hard to shift 1/kg or a little more. IF they have a bit of flesh and are under 24 months 3-3.3/kg/kg dead weight (killout 49-51%). Even as overage bulls I imagine taht you will get 2.6/kg or a little more

28 months bullocks 650 kgs should sell well as opposed to bulls, on nthe other hand they are near enough finished id anyway square. If you got another 50kgs on then at 700kgs theyy should kill at least 340kgs maybe more and come into 1200 in the factory.

    Sorry about the Funeral
