Personal picks for tomorrow, rain due overnight so these picks are picked on the expectancy that grounds will have some softness.

The ones I'm most confident about are in bold.

    2:55 Haydock - Seal of Approval 5/2
    4:05 Haydock - Divine Law 4/1 EW
    5:15 Haydock - Roseburg 11/8

    2:05 Sandown - Hay Chewed 16/1 EW
    2:40 Sandown - Russian Realm 11/2
    3:15 Sandown - Queen Catrine 7/4
    3:50 Sandown - Kingston Hill 4/1 EW
    4:25 Sandown - Earth Amber 4/1 EW

This is just what I'm on for tomorrow, hope they go well.

    We'll go walking 2.55 haydock 16/1 e/w , placed last 3 runs

    Sandown

2.05: Kingsgate Native @ 7/1. Proven Gp1 performer, relishes good-firm ground and highly consistent when he gets it. Could be too classy for the rest if 100% today. Trainer says he could line up in July Cup next week if gong well today so i'd expect him to be fairly straight.

3.50: The Fugue @ 2/1. Originally wanted to take her on given her fondness for throwing in the odd stinker but as she looks guaranteed to get her ground now, and believing Gosden's sickness excuse on last years run, i'm going to side with her. I cannot see any of the rest having the turn of foot to beat her, bar NOT but i'm happy to let him go over this trip with The Hannons never the greatest judge of whether a horse needs a trip. Verrazano is a beast to look at and has promised a lot in his two runs so far but I've just got the feeling that that's as good as as he is. He was badly outpaced early in the Queen Anne, doesn't have a turn of foot and only stayed on against a horse who probably blew up a little in Toronado. I see Kingston Hill, Mukhadram and Trading Leather as similar types, easy to see them place but lack the gears of The Fugue. Gosden's to beat the unproven NOT.

Also strongly fancy a cross sport double:

The Fugue & Germany to beat Brazil @ 7.25/1

Do not rate Brazil whatsoever and minus their two best players (by a stretch), Germany should comfortably beat them on Tuesday night, a fair ref allowing. NAP

    Beverley 1:55 - Bropokondo 7/2
    Haydock 2:55 - We'll Go Walking 5/1 (place)
    Sandown 4:25 - Domination 7/2
Belmont 9:34 - Toast Of New York 11/4

One of those is a tip, but I won't be posting it on the tips thread. Getting sick of the whinging on it.

Alston might finally get a winner in the next in Haydock. He rightly fancies his chances. 9/2. Signore Piccolo

Or not, the poor form continues!

Put up last destination here earlier in week at Hamilton but he was NR. I see hes out again today at his favourite track beverly and while this is a harder CLS 5 race, he should be competitive off this mark and has won at this grade before. He needs good ground so i hope the rain doesn't get in. He proved in his last run that hes in good fettle. Draw fine so I'll have a small ew on him at 5\1.

    Wee Jean
Stayed on so well last time out when coming from rear to come 3rd ascot.
    Think it will win today
    3.15
    12-1

Field gave pacemaker head start, but Mukhadram went with pacemaker and gained the advantage of all those free lengths. Stayed on too well to catch.

Homestretch 8.10 won first time out over a shorter trip, since then upped in trip and going close in a few races, drop back in trip shoud be more his type of race. I expect it to win at 6/1
    Goodluck

Toast Of New York such a disappointment. Having said that, I can't fault Spencer there though, he had the horse positioned beautifully, it simply found nothing when put to the test. To me it looked like the horse simply didn't like turf.

Just looking at the time that race was ran at though, it was red hot.

Shameless chasing here. Going to have a bet on Xcellence to try and save a rather crappy day! 3/1 no price, but on form nothing beats it here.

Belmont derby here for anyone who missed it, Toast had every chance if good enough but died badly. Adelaide ran a cracker and only short a head.

Saw that and just nailed. Good to see O Donoghue getting a chance.

Did anyone see who won the Belmont Oaks. Filly called Minorette, formerly trained by Aidan O Brien (won a maiden at Naas last year). Must have moved to Chad Brown. Still races in the Coolmore colours......

Trainer reports they're going for the 1 million dollar race at Del Mar over 10 furlongs. If ever there was a non stayer that horse was it
