Just got the attic insulated and was given quote of €22 per Sqm to floor it with tongue and grooved chipboard. Seems like a lot to me, anybody any ideas?

    Thanks
    Joe

Floored my own attic recently. It was 16sqm. It needed 11 OSB Boards tongued and grooved (8ft x 2ft x 18mm @ €10.62 each) and a box of 100 screws (€7.50). Cost me approx €125. You can work out the materials for your own attic and the rest will be the labour charge. While you're at it you might consider raising your attic flooring and getting more insulation in there
