I was with Ripplecom after they bought Ardmore Wireless a good few years ago... I don't know if my experience would have any bearing on yours since they took over their infrastructure and just went on with business as usual - and Ardmore was a terrible provider - but Ripplecom, for me, was a combined bundle of ridiculously slow speeds and non-responsive customer service.

Looking at their page on RateMyIsp.ie, they don't seem to have changed much - in fact, they're the second last on the list.

Ripplecom are absolute rubbish in every regard from personal experience. I'd avoid them if I were you.

Mobile broadband does a better job than what they 'provide'.

This company is a load of crap God help you if you have a problem on weekend, ripplecom wont, because they have all gone home and charge you top price for their service, I cannot wait to get rid of them after 2 years
