Vodafone Drop Outs

Im one of those people who have been moved onto Vodafone from UTV.

Since July 1st I have had my broadband drop out between the hours of 7-10pm. It literally crawls to a halt.

If I reboot my modem its ok for about 5 minutes and then it crawls to a halt again.

After 10pm it seems to be ok again.

Does anyone know what the reasons behind this are, have you heard of similar things happening previously?

Really seems ridiculous that I have to reboot my modem every 5 minutes!

    Thanks

Theyve profiled you too high. Call support, they can fix it.

Gave Vodafone a call, they said my Sync was unbalanced, too close together?

    So they adjusted it.

Since then I have had 1 further drop out, and my broadband speed has changed drastically!

With UTV I was getting just under 8mps, no issues at all.

Now im getting just over 4mps.

Never had any problems with UTV and even when I got my router last week it worked ok. But since July 1st and always around 7-10pm I get these issues.

You could try the Vodafone forum. There are reps that can (hopefully) help.

Maybe ask a mod to move this thread over there.
