    These ones specifically:

All the videos I have found show how to change SPD pedals which you use an allen key for.

    Thanks.

and remember : The right side pedal has a right-hand thread (removes counterclockwise, installs clockwise). The left side pedal has a left-hand thread (removes clockwise, installs counterclockwise).

Heres is a handy site for any repairs you might want to try

You simply hover mouse over part you are working on

    Thanks both!

edit: Do i need to grease new pedals when installing them?

Yes, grease them as per the park tools site. You will be glad you did if you ever need to remove them. If you have no grease you can get quality copper grease in any motor factors and it lasts a long time because you don't tend to use that much..... unless you have lots of bikes

Yeah I made the mistake of turning the left pedal the wrong way cuz it's reversed thread. Also if they're very, very tight you may need a pedal spanner.

Can you use WD40 to loosen them? Having a bit of trouble getting them off.

A good tip when removing pedals is once you have the spanner securely in place tap it a few times with a hammer/heavy spanner, this should loosen it just enough for the pedal to be easily removed, this worked a treat for me and saves you a lot of heaving and puffing :)
