High Court search

    Hi all, this might be a stupid question but here goes:

    I have done a high court search on someone who was a defendant. There was no judgement made but there was a 'motion strike out,costs' description.

    Does this mean that the motion was struck out against the defendant and that they were liable for the costs of the case?
