    Hi all,

Was just wondering if anyone has any experience of those Slendertone machines for abs/arms/butt etc, do they actually work your muscles or are they just a lot of money for no results?
Obviously I mean in combination with a suitable diet.

No in the slightest. They are actually torture instruments in my experience. Friend lent me one years ago when I hurt my shoulder and I couldn't go to the gym. Thing was incredibly painful. Worse than a toothache pain. May have been on account of being very lean. I wasn't going to fatten myself to try it again.

They are a lot of money for no results. The people pictured in advertisements did not get their abs using slendertone.

    You'd be wasting your money.

You don't even get magic beans.

Think they're a no-go then so.... Knew they looked too good to be true :P

    Thanks!
