    Looks like a weevil of some sort.

    Looked them up I think youre right .. hope theyre harmless

    I know a guy who died just by looking at one. ..........:D
    They're only harmless unless your a rose bush. They can do quite some damage to a beautiful garden

    It could be a vine weevil, in which case you don't want it anywhere near your garden. Vine weevil larvae are seriously destructive. They snack on the roots of just about anything.
