Incident In Phibsboro

Hi lads, I was going through Phibsboro today around 3pm and there was a car cordoned off just past dr quirkeys and gardai redirecting traffic. The car had what looked like a bullet ole in the windscreen, does anyone know what happened. I cant find anything on the news sites
