Faulty speakers

I bought some Logik 2.1 PC speakers from PC World last christmas for €17.99.

They were working okay up until now, where they have started to make a crackling noise from the subwoofer.

I have my receipt but not the original packaging.

    Can I return these?

If you have the receipt, and the goods are faulty (not damaged through misuse) then you can seek a refund, replacement or repair.

Packaging is not required in this situation.
