    Oh my God Ernie, short putting is so rubbish, he still has wins in him but his stroke is awful.

    Course looks great, just a well designed flat links, like Muirfield or Portmarnock.

    Adam Scott making a bit of an early charge at three under after six. Eagled the fifth!

    Boo Weekley also on -3 but that's after 11 holes.

    Shane Lowry is level after two and Irish amateur Paul Dunne is +1 after 3.
