    Hi,

I have been quoted for 130,000 by valuation report on the property I have just bought, for reinstatement. On the report is states that this amount is for re-build, VAT, professional fee's etc. How much should I be looking to insure the property, will I need to go for the full 130,000? Sorry I know little about this type of stuff.

Also, what company would be best to go with, and how much would I be likely to pay, weekly/monthly for this policy?

    Thanks

    130,000.

No one company is best for every circumstance - get quotes off as many as you can stand checking with.
