I'm driving a 03 Yaris and clutch pedal is making a squeaking noise when pressed down but not when I release it, the clutch seems fine no slippage any ideas ?

If you can hear the squeak inside the cabin, rather than under the car etc, then simplest solution first, try some silicone spray or similar down at the pedal.

Thanks squeak is gone, is it normal for pedal to be loose, it felt loose when putting it on moving side to side ? It's due a service I'm just wondering do I need new clutch

It is not uncommon for pedals to be able to move side to side a little. It could be a bit loose and can be adjusted by a mechanic quite cheap (they just tighten it).

You don't need a new clutch, or clutch pedal.
