How else you gonna sort out your pens fools?

    Tell me that huh?

Crazy mofos with their mixed-up pens, ain't know a good thing when they see one.

Now wonder kids not know how to read and write these days when they can't even organise their motherf*cking pens.

The wonderful value of a pen organiser aside, look at the filth of the thing. Grot and dirt along the edges and corners.
It also appears to be on display on the floor of the jacks.

Maybe it's an experiment to see what someone who looks for this item looks like? Maybe get them on some sort of register, To Catch A Pen-Holderer

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 12,318 ✭✭✭✭Menas

Someone will take it from him.

Then expect to see if up on adverts for sale at 50p with a snazzy description.

That is generally how free stuff works on adverts.

Does it just organise free pens or does it organise pens I've paid for too?

It looks like a good offer, but a word of caution: given the large number of compartments it is clearly for professional use only and could actually be quite dangerous for a beginner who could easily misplace a pen in an emergency situation.

I recommend starting with one of these and once your pen-organising has reached intermediate level you can move on to the Carlow Freebie model under supervision.

This is a classic doer upper project. Someone with the right skills will take this pen house and with a small investment do it up a little bit before flipping it and making a killing.

The right skills needed obviously, I mean I can see it's got potential but I couldn't tell if those are load bearing dividers and what kinds of costs would be involved.

    A possibly mysterious spoon

Can you imagine knocking on someone's door, taking the spoon and then just walking away?

That's very dismissive of spoon enthusiasts. That could be the one to complete someone's collection!

But be sure not to tell your insurance company. Having that thing in the house will void your home insurance.

    It is rarely worth it.

They are technically illegal outside of a workplace, where their use is strictly regulated (although there are some exceptions).

The current law is aimed at models that were used by UK Ministry of Defence right up to the 1980s, and then appeared on the black market after the collapse of the Iron Curtain. They were then customised by white-collar criminals for use in accountancy fraud, tax evasion and money laundering.

There are reports that some of these are still circulating amongst street gangs for low-level pen-organised crimes such as hate-mail and graffiti.

Unless you can prove that your pen organiser is for display or amusement purposes only (i.e. will not hold any of the modern French-made BIC/PENTEL cartridges, or the Israeli/Russian equivalent) then you are better off with a cheap, Chinese pencil-case which any reputable stationer can modify to store pens, and they can't get you for that.

I've even got one through airport security (without the actual pens, obviously).
