I don't think they answer the phone.

They never did for me anyway.

A lot of their products are "Out of Stock" and have been for a long time.

I don't know if they are on the verge of closing down or what.

Some people on a different Forum say they still order bit and pieces from them. But to be honest, they are only a shadow of what they used to be.

    I usually order from satplanet.ie

Excellent customer service and well priced. The chap is very helpful on the phone too - can't remember his name though.

Used to always order off Tony at Satboxes aswell but gone to ****e, don't answer emails, skype and like op said site is down basically.

Satplanet are a dream to order from, as are sat-world, very fast delivery and they answer the phone if you have a request or a problem!

The site is up and running again .. But they seem to have very little in stock.

I used to chat with him a lot before, and used to do a small bit of work on his Forum..

But he stopped contact out of the blue last year, and I never heard from him since.

No idea what's going on there to be honest.

I have sent numerous email's the last 2 weeks and no reply at all.

I presume he's getting through all the e-mails he received when he was away on holidays. Any new e-mails will be last on the list.

I fully understand a lad being away and trying to get through a backlog of work but I sent the first email over 3 weeks ago .

Yeah it is a bit long, I sent one on the 24th June and got a reply on the 2nd July. Sent another on 2nd July and received a reply on 7th July.

You mentioned earlier that you were trying to contact Tony. Am I missing something here as he owns / runs satellite.ie but its satplanet you are trying to contact?

What box is it and what's wrong with it? Someone might have a fix that won't leave you reliant on the supplier.

If you bought it with a credit card, perhaps you can get your money back that way.
