    While using the 'facilities' at the Arcade Fire gig yesterday in Marley park, I somehow managed to drop my phone & not notice.
    Was over the other side of the field, ten minutes later when I realised.

    So, back I went as quick as I could, hoping for the best, but fearing the worst.
    BUT, amazingly some thoughtful honest decent person had found my phone & handed it to security.

    So, I dunno if that person is a boards user, but Thank you, so so much, my faith in humanity is restored.

    i'm glad it worked out for you but it would take a lot more than a random good samaritan handing in a phone to restore my faith in humanity!

    I believe that 90% of people would do the right thing. I seem to fall victim to the other 10% quite often, when it comes to phones, unfortunately. Not self-pity, but surprise.

    I was in Dublin last year, getting a number of buses out to the NRH to meet a resident, I had cash and my cards in my wallet, my wallet fell out of my pocket when I stood up and I never noticed it, just as I was getting off the bus a guy came running off the bus after me-he had picked up my wallet-I had over e300 in it in cash. I hope he had/has a good year....
