Just retired and I'm looking for an exercise class or aqua aerobics in south Dublin or North Wicklow that might suit me. I'm 60 and not very fit. I love walking, but would like to have a class to go to in case I get lazy!

Check out the DLRC swimming pool and gym in Meadowbrook in Ballinteer. They may have suitable classes.
