Did 2 treks with them, Southern Sun and Northern trail. Really enjoyed both of them, did my first one 4 years ago and I'm still in contact with most of the people from the trek!

It's a great way to see the states, I'm hoping to do another trek in the next year or two. If you've any questions, fire away!

    Hi,

Thanks for the reply, Ive a couple of questions if you don't mind...

How long do you get to stop at each site for? Say fro example if im seeing the golden gate bridge will I get to stop for photos, walk across etc etc or is it quick and on the go again!?

Did you have time to do your own things in between? Say if there is something in a city you want to see but its not on the itinerary do you have time to do it?

Is the bus really stuffy, hard to relax in? How long are you on it in a day?

Im not a huge partier/drinker is it a lot of late nights and partying? Don't get me wrong im not totally antisocial just not into it every night haha

    Thanks :)

You'll have plenty of time at each thing. When I did the Golden Gate Bridge we walked across and took our time about it! In the cities, you're pretty much free to do whatever you want! You always have a free day to do whatever, it's your trek leaders day off usually.

The bus is fine, what you make of it really. If you have a nice group with you, it's easy to pass the time chatting, suing games etc. it depends on what you're travelling to, some days you'll only have 2 hours other day, up to 10. It does fly by though!

With drinking, again it depends on the group. I went out in the cities, had a few beers most night but these no pressure on you to do anything if you don't want to.

I felt nervous enough going but honestly, it was the most enjoyable experience ever.

Keep the questions coming if you want :)

Sorry, was on holiday and forgot to respond to this! The youngest was around 20, oldest person with me was 38, most people were in their mid to late 20s.
