    Hi,

I finished a degree recently and was on BTEA (social welfare).
I live at home with parents who are both on social welfare pensions.

I want to do a masters in september but cant do it unless all the fee (6000) is paid.
For 2013 me and my parents social welfare add up to over 30000 euro, does this mean i can't get the special rate of SUSI grant to pay the 6000 masters fee?

    Thanks
