    Mad stuff, looks like we'll never learn.

    We're looking to move to areas just outside Limerick the moment. Things have appeared to have picked up a little but I don't think prices are rising much here yet.

    It didn't stop a local auctioneers being quoted on an article in the local paper claiming prices were rising and people should buy now.

    Crazy stuff alright, especially as it seems criteria is actually tougher at moment. No lessons have been learnt, ea told me last week that market is rising quick.......yeah and?????
