Trout fishing info

    Hi all, been doing some trout fishing lately but not much look. Was wonderinf when is best time of day and best kind of weather to have most chance to catch them if any one could help?

    Im not fly fishing just rod and reel spinning an float fishing with bait worms mostly.

    Any help or info be great
