Recruitment Agencys email for Interview Preparation

I haven't been in an interview situation in a over a decade so I'm not clear if this is the way things are done now, I'm just looking for opinions!

The job interview is for an entry level position. Had a 20minute phone interview and selected for a face to face interview with the same person and the hiring manager in a couple of weeks.

I didn't go through the agency for this position, it was through a contact in the company but unfortunately this company have an agency doing their recruiting for them.

Anyway I get an email from one of the agency crew. I printed off the email and all the attachments 15pages in total with approximately 65 different competency areas to prepare examples for using the situation, task, action, result format. I was more or less told I can't leave out any questions in my preparation.

Is this the norm or is it a bit excessive for an entry level position?
