    Hi all,

    I got PRK laser surgery last friday 20th june. Needed the full 6 days to recover. Feeling great and happy with results. Day 2 & 3 hardest. Frustrating pain but best try sleep it off. I found panadol very good for pain. Used the anesthitic drops on those days but the night time is best to take that as when it wears off it can be painful. By day 4 able to open eyes and see very well without any pain. Now day 6 feeling great. Got contact bandages out yesterday and its big relief. If you ever wore contacts it feel like there in too long and drying out. So happy to get them out. Optilase cork was where I had surgery. Staff excellent and very supportive and comforting with any questions or querys I had. Lovely people made me feel at ease from the very first day. Very compedent and very good at their job.
