Sky Broadband home switch

    I am absolutely livid at the moment with the length of time it is taking Sky to switch my broadband from one home to another.
    I am aware that there cant be two numbers on my account and one address has to shut down before the other starts up but two weeks!!! Still not a blip out of the box which i reboot about five times a day.
    Anybody else have this problem or any Sky admins on here. Very very very annoyed.
