I have a very heavy infestation nearly 2 complete brood combs in the brood box of Chalkbrood. Box is teaming with bees ad they have 2 fully drawn supers on with another one to draw . Any suggestions?

I believe it can be a genetic thing. If you can't find any other cause for it then you might consider changing the queen?

No dampness in the box? Recent weather and the fact that it's teeming with bees would suggest not.
