Hi all, been hit with 3 defections at short notice this morning. I need a lad who is over 33 and decent enough for a match tonight in Old Belvo? Anyone interested in getting thrashed..I mean helping us out tonight at 7.45? Thank you GW

There is an FB page called Tag Rugby Subs list, posting on that is solid way of getting subs.
