Events Space - Candle Bar

I'm trying to arrange a largish work event in a private space in the city centre. Was looking at The Candle Bar which is the residents bar in Kellys Hotel and part of the No Name Bar complex. Anyone been to an event there? Any better ideas?

Is that Kelly's Temperance Hotel? Isn't No Name alcohol-free?

I may be very mistaken.
