Timescale for child maintenance variation order

    Any legal eagles have any ideas how long it would take a child maintenance variation order to get to court once application has been submitted?

    Depends what county and court you are in. Assuming it's District Court, contract your local District Court office and ask them what dates they are issuing for maintenance variation orders. Contact details are available on the Courts website under Maps and Plans

    I know in Dublin Dolphin House the next dates are coming in at mid October but in some smaller districts you can get a date in the next few weeks.
