    Edit: for the sake of this thread, take addiction to mean anything that isn't vital to your physical survival but for which you start to feel strong cravings if you go without it for a few hours.

    • sugar
    • carbs
    • caffeine
    • listening to music
    • being unnecessarily comfortable

    I think a title change is in order. Not 'what are you addicted to', rather 'what gets you by / gives you hope daily'! But then it's no better than one of those 'just x things' posters you see on faecesbook. :pac:
