When to expect feedback on Tax Return

In the first week of May I completed and posted a Form 11S for 2013, on behalf of my wife who started her own childminding service last year. It has been almost 8 weeks since posting and we haven't had any feedback from Revenue with regards to our submission i.e. do we owe them anything or do they owe us.

As this is my first time doing a return I'm not sure if this waiting time is normal. I tried calling my local tax office this morning and the wait time was 25 minutes!! I sent an email and it could take them up to 30 days to reply.

Any insight from this group on whether we should have had feedback from Revenue by now, would be appreciated.

The best thing you can probably do is just wait that 25 minutes and talk to someone.
