That time of the year again. Doctors reporting a big jump in people seeking treatment for the "summer sickness".

I haven't been able to sleep the last few nights...whole face is blocked up and of course nothing seems to work. Do you suffer yourself? If so, how bad and what do you take?

    That's Gremlins you're thinking of.

I've been snezzing bad and watery eyes also, so bad I'm convinced one woman thought I was crying as I walked down Grafton St last week, with the sympathetic look she gave me.

I'm in agony. Blocked sinuses, itchy dry eyes, swollen face, constant sneezing..Nothing seems to be working! Maybe a trip to the doctor is in order.

I have found that drying my clothes inside on the clothes horse works better than drying them outside on the line - the pollen sticks to the clothes.

If I've been out I have to have a shower when I'm home to wash the pollen away, and nothing over the counter seems to be working so far. Its awful :o

I have a nasal spray I take in the morning, cretine tablets are also good.
A woman in work said if you eat some localised honey this also helps.
    I get it really bad.

I rarely suffer from hayfever but when I do, I just take a cetirizine tablet and it sorts me out quickly.

Buy an antihistamine. They are now non-drowsy and quite cheap if they are generic

    I'm suffering alright!

Sleeping all day, drowsy, won't stop moaning!

Not suffering with hayfever myself, but my husband is as above and he's doing my head in! Toughen up princess!

My wife swears by locally sourced honey as a natural remedy.

My hayfever is the worst it's ever been. Nothing seems to be helping. I haven't slept properly in over a week because my throat keeps me up all night. I'm house bound at the moment :(

Vaseline on the nostrils - check
    Eye Drops- check
    Anti histamines - check
Fresh clothes dried in doors - check
    3 showers a day - check
    Vicks sniffer thing - check
    Sunglasses - check
Air conditioning in the car - check
Windows locked in the house - check

And still suffering, bring on the rain.
