    Hi
I have recently completed a fitness instructors course and am looking to carry on my studies. I've been looking at different personal training courses but am finding it hard to decide on one. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Speaking from personal experience, I'd go with elite fitness and performance academy in Blackrock.

4 of the best weeks I've had! The content, the banter, the lads were all great. Hanley, who posts here tutors there. His powerlifting and Olympic lifting days a freaking awesome! You've got fountains of knowledge from Jay, Sean, Hanley, Joe, Danny- he covers nutrition and Chris Moore who does A&P. The out of class chats are pretty awesome as well and you'll learn quite a lot just hanging around the place.

Saying all that, it's what YOU do with what you've learned after is what will matter.

Thanks for the advice. The course outline looks great alot more comprehensive than some of the others I've been looking at.

I did the NTC course. It wasn't great but I equate it to Griffith College. You pay a good bit and pretty much can't fail.

UL or similar is the way to go

Brianblaze, why do you think the NTC course wasn't great - I saw many people like the course and they got a good few positive testimonials so I'm wondering what it really is like?

    Thanks!

Image Fitness Training is an excellent course and I couldn't reccommend it enough. Great course content and great workshops throughout the course, TRX, Kettlebells, Strongman, Boxercise and Spin all included on the course I did
