Hi folks Im looking for ideas/advise on how to extend or convert a 3 bed bungalow into a 5 bed. I was told that if I build to the rear and dont change the front of the house planning should not be an issue? So far I am looking at houses for sale on Daft.ie etc for ideas...has anybody here been involved in a project like…
