how long does it take to get a taccograph card issued from apply date?

Hi I currently have a C license but work in a field that has a tacco card exemption. all fine and well until this week when a project I need to do requires me to rent a truck and therefore I need a card. its a short time frame and I am wondering how long issuing takes after applying for it
