Hi i currently ride a bmc streetfire ssx01 it has. I am currently riding around 150-200kms a week. I want to go to full carbon and hopefully Ultegra groupset.

So the bikes catching my eye are:

FOCUS CAYO EVO 3.0 price 2299 euro,
Boardman Road Pro Carbon SLR 2160 euro,
    Sensa Giulia 2200 approx euro,

I'll be using bike to work to buy it so im not sure if that rules out buying online thats why i havnt mentioned canyon.

The Boardman is probably the best components for the money with mostly ultegra gear, carbon seat post and ultegra wheels but what are boardman bikes like?

Let me know what you guys think or if you could recommend something better!

There is nothing in the legislation to stop online purchases on the BTW scheme, so really it comes down to your employer's policy/implementation. Even state agencies have Canyon on their approved list. With that being the case, I would recommend Canyon heavily if your employer facilitates it or even can be convinced to facilitate it, as you can get full Ultegra and Carbon for sub 2k with them

So I enquired from a lbs about getting the cannondale synapse carbon 105 but they've no stock and said September October 2015!

So out of the above bikes which would be the best.

Or if anyone has any other recommendations please let me know!

A few things for you funnyclub.
    1. if you pay over €1000 on the bike to work scheme you have to pay BIK on everything above that. so on the synapse you will pay BIK on €1400 negating any saving you have made on the first €1000 at standard rate of tax.
    2. depending on what you want to spend the synapse is €2400 I think if you can stretch to €3K you can Hollinsworth in kilmacud have Ridley helium team sl frame with ultegra 6800 group. they bought the frames at a discount price as they were the wrong colour for the team that ordered.

hope that helps i think there web site is mycycle ie

If you can buy online then have a look at this-
Wilier Cento Uno with Di2 Ultegra for €2300 delivered to your door.
All you need is to figure out the Dutch website.

Only if the employer/company covers the difference. The OP can also pay the difference out of his personal pocket (which has admittedly already been taxed), but any saving is only "negated" by being able to get the same or similar bike for a better net price elsewhere.

I was only going to use the btw to cover 1000 Euro off the bike!

Yeah, I thought as much, hence making the point that I did. However, the other poster was referring to the possibility that exists for a company to pay the difference over €1k for the employee as a BIK, in which case the employee would have to be taxed accordingly. The more common solution is the one you mention and that I was clarifying, whereby the difference over the €1k is either paid up front, or deducted from the employee's net pay over time.

I was down in planetx today in Athlone for a look and I am strongly thinking of going for the white N2A seen one in the flesh there and I really liked it!

To me it seems like a lot of bike for 2.5k would I be correct?

Dont know about the quality or weight of the frameset, but €2300 for a tiagra cassette, sub 105 chainset and RS501 wheelset seems a bit steep to me, many higher spec, cheaper bikes around.

http://www.rosebikes.com/bike/rose-xeon-crs-3000-2014/aid:674118 worth looking at, I'd go for this over the N2A, but I'm a Rose fanboy.

I'm also looking to upgrade, the Cannondale Synapse is on my list as well but like you my bike shop isn't able to get them in stock at the minute. When I spoke to them a couple of weeks back they said the 2015 model would be announced around September and they're holding one for me to try out when they get in. Just posting in case your lbs was referring to something similar and there might have been crossed wires about the 2015 model. Might be worth double checking.

They only expect minor tweaks to last years model but mentioned an 11 speed 105 groupset. I'm still tempted to push the button on a Canyon but in no major panic so holding back to try out the Synapse. I can hold off for 6 weeks but 15-16 months might be a different story :)

Thanks mate that's obviously what the bike shop I was into meant!
