Extension of planning permission

    Does anyone know what's the time frame for extension of planning permission, how long do the council have to make a decision on the application & is there anywhere online that you have look up the progress.

    Can't check it online I don't think.
    You must apply in the final year of your permission.
    Think they take about 4 weeks.

    If the council don't respond after that period is it automatically granted.

    Dont know. I'll ask my mate tomorrow. He works in an LA so will give a definitive answer.
