Babysitter/childminder Evening- Night time!

There are a few local girls that have put flyers up etc about babysitting in my area, what is the average rate. Would a childminder work these hours? I would need two evenings per week, 6-9 my boys are 10 and 4.

I would say 7/8eur an hour, and it should be easy enough to get a teenager that will work these hours.
