Public Liability Insurance

    Hi,

    I have about 2 acres of development land. It's just a field at the moment, there is no work going on in it.

    Anyway, I need to renew my public liability insurance and am being quoted €1200 for €6.5M single incident cover.

    It seems like a lot to me.

    Anyone got any experience of what I might be expected to pay or what sort of cover I need for effectively dormant land.
